Arts for Learning Maryland's Foundational Training for Creativity in Classrooms
APPLICATION
Welcome to your Summer Artists Corps Application! Embarking on this journey indicates that you are an artist who...
  • is passionate, professional, and practicing; 
  • has some experience working with young people in many possible settings; 
  • believes in the *SALA values and anti-racist practices;
  • sees themselves as social change agents;
  • is ready to embark on a 64-70 hour training program from late February through early June AND receive a $500 stipend; 
  • is interested in an excited about working with Baltimore City Schools students (grades k-5); 
  • is ready to collaborate with a highly qualified teacher to plan, teach, and reflect; and 
  • is available to teach for six weeks in the summer of 2022.
