Master classes give exceptional teachers the opportunity to learn from a world-class expert and from each other.
In-person master classes last a full school day. During the morning, teachers spend three hours working with the faculty member. In the afternoon, they have a rare opportunity to exchange ideas and strategies with other brilliant educators who share their passion for the day’s topic. Both parts of the day are highly prized.
Participants are assigned a small amount of homework to prepare for the session.
Those accepted to a master class become Fellows of The Academy for Teachers.
If you are selected for this class, you and your principal will receive an email announcing your acceptance. Please apply even if you are concerned your school can't afford tuition.
