Hello Point Martin Applicant!

Thank you for your interest in the City of Daly City Below Market Rate Ownership program. To apply for the Moderate-Income homes at the Point Martin Development, we have created this online form which allows each household to submit their pre-application as verification of eligibility for the upcoming lottery. Each household can only submit one pre-application so please be sure you are submitting accurate information, which will be verified when you complete a full application.

All pre-applications must be received by February 5, 2026. Pre-applications will not be accepted in person, with no exceptions.

Once you have submitted the pre-application, you should receive an email with your eligibility status and information about next steps. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of submitting your pre-application or if you find any incorrect information with regard to your submittal, please contact Rise Housing immediately.
