Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility for the programme will be determined by NWEETB on completed application.  The Board will recognise those applicants (including legally adopted children) who are Ngati Whakaue descendant of an original owner of Pukeroa Oruawhata Block, or descendants of one or more of the 6 Koromatua o Ngati Whakaue.  Whangai will be considered in terms of the Board’s Whakapapa Policy (2015) No. 0611.
  2. Verified whakapapa sheet must be uploaded with your online application form.
  3. Application is on a first in first served basis – places are limited to 8 per year for each Junior programme.
  4.  Successful applicants will receive an email notification of eligibility for sponsorship.
  5. Successful applicants will enrol with Aotearoa Dive, Rotorua, and pay 100% of the required fee directly to Aotearoa Dive.
  6. On [successful] completion of the programme, the Applicant to provide NWEETB with copy of their Certificate and evidence of fee payment.  Sponsorship reimbursement will then be paid (to the applicant) by direct bank lodgement.
  7. Participants will be notified of reimbursement approval or failure to meet the criteria for reimbursement.
NWEETB takes no responsibility for the dive programme itself. Parents who may have enquiries or concerns regarding the programme are asked to communicate directly with Aotearoa Dive, Rotorua.
NWEETB's responsibility is solely as the Funder for Grants to successful applicants and biding by the terms of such Grants.

tamaiti/tamariki/mokopuna and I for this purpose, and to discuss my application with Aotearoa Dive, Rotorua staff when required.

I understand that my application may be declined if I fail to attach and complete all requested documents/information or meet the stated course completion criteria.
