We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for our long-awaited 9th biennial Leaders Assembly! Leaders Assembly 2022 will take place on Sunday, December 4 through Tuesday, December 6 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, GA.  

 


General Information
  • Hotel: Hotel reservations must be booked separately. At this time, rooms at the conference hotel, The Westin Peachtree Plaza, are sold out. However, attendees are invited to take advantage of our room block at a hotel in the area that is within walking distance to the conference hotel. Please note that reservations in the blocks are first come, first served and must be made by November 10, 2022.

    • Payment Method: Please note that credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for Leaders Assembly.
    • Registration Fees: The real cost to run this conference is over $1,000 per attendee. Through the generous support of our sponsors we are able to reduce registration cost for all attendees. Full conference registration fees include all programming and the following meals: Sunday (dessert reception), Monday (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and Tuesday (breakfast & box/grab-n-go lunch). All meals are kosher.

                Yedid Nefesh Mental Health Professional (Sunday Only): $300 USD
    • Registration Subsidies: In addition to the overall subsidized conference rate, conference sponsors have enabled FJC to offer additional support to organizations who need further financial assistance to attend.  If you are applying for a subsidy, please do not complete your registration at this time. Please go through the subsidy process, which will provide you with a discount code, if applicable. 
    • Conference Timing: The conference begins at 2pm on Sunday, December 4. Most Tuesday activities (December 6) will be complete by 3pm, with the exception of some immersive experiences at local camps which will require later departure time. Registration for Tuesday activities will occur in the fall.

      Additional representatives for expo hall booths can be registered for $450 per person (Sunday - Monday afternoon).

    It's been a long time since we were all able to be together in person, and over the past 2+ years we've all missed the opportunity to acknowledge, celebrate, and be in community together for milestones and important moments.

    Examples of milestones include a significant professional anniversaries, retirements, organizational age, etc.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation requests must be received by email to assembly@jewishcamp.org no later than Friday, November 4, 2022. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellations prior to this date will be issued a full refund minus a $50 processing fee and will be processed via the original method of payment. We understand that in rare circumstances an attendee substitution may be requested on behalf of your organization. We are happy to work with you to accommodate substitutions until Friday, November 4, 2022, which may be subject to a $50 processing fee.  

     

    Cancellations/refunds related to lodging and travel are the sole responsibility of the participant and must be brought to the attention of the hotel and/or airline directly. Cancellations related to lodging and travel are subject to the policies of the vendor. FJC holds no responsibility.
