The cost for the virtual and in-person options are the same. The fee structure is as follows:
BJE-AFFILIATED SCHOOLS
Early Bird Registration (before February 4) from 1 to 10 participants $45/each
from 11 to 20 participants $42/each
from 21 to 30 participants $39/each
30 or more participants $36/each
Walk-In Registration (after February 4) any # of participants $60/each
NON-AFFILIATED SCHOOLS
Early Bird Registration (before February 4) any # of participants $60/each
Walk-In Registration (after February 4) any # of participants $75/each
Conference sites will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and must be designated on the registration form. Anyone registering after February 4, 2022 will be considered a walk-in registration and will be assigned their conference site based on availability.

COVID POLICY
All participants attending the in-person conference must be able to show proof of full vaccination on the day of the conference. The virtual option is available to all participants regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be required at all times during the in-person conference when not eating.

BREAKFAST AND BOOK
For those attending in-person, registration fees include a light breakfast (dietary laws observed) and a copy of the book authored by our Keynote Address presenters, When You Wonder, You're Learning: Mister Rogers' Enduring Lessons for Raising Creative, Curious, Caring Kids, thanks to a generous donation by Sandy and David Weiner in memory of their beloved wife and mother, Karen Weiner. For those attending virtually, the book will be mailed or delivered to participants after the conference. Any walk-in registrations are not guaranteed to have the book available on the day of the conference but will be distributed at a later date.

REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be made in writing directly to ECEInstitute@bjela.org and will be issued in the form of a check from BJE. A 50% refund can be granted until February 4, 2022. NO refunds will be allowed after February 4, 2022. You may, however, send a substitute participant. If due to unforeseen circumstances the entirety of the conference needs to be switched to the virtual presentation, there will be no refund in price of ticket and the book will be mailed/delivered to the conference participants' school.
