Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Spring Conference. You may register to attend in person or online. You may combine in person and online attendees on a single form.

NAMT Associate Members
NAMT Associate Members in good standing may use this form to register themselves for the Spring Conference in person or online.

The cost to attend this year's Spring Conference online is $50 for the first attendee from your organization, $25 for the second attendee, and $15 for the third or above from your organization. Online attendees registered in combination with in-person attendees cost just $15! Your registrations will be combined and the appropriate price applied at the end of this form.

The cost to attend this year's Spring Conference in person is $295 for the first attendee from your organization, $145 for the second attendee, and $95 for the third or above from your organization. Your registrations will be combined and the appropriate price applied at the end of this form.



The cost to attend this year's Spring Conference online is $65 for the first attendee from your organization, $40 for the second attendee, and $30 for the third or above from your organization. Online attendees registered in combination with in-person attendees cost just $30! Your registrations will be combined and the appropriate price applied at the end of this form.

The cost to attend this year's Spring Conference in person is $345 for the first attendee from your organization, $195 for the second attendee, and $145 for the third or above from your organization. Your registrations will be combined and the appropriate price applied at the end of this form.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine will be required for in-person entry to the to the Spring Conference. Guests who are unvaccinated due to a disability will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of entry to the event, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of entry to the event in order to attend.

Guests can display proof of vaccination on a smartphone (including a government-issued electronic pass) or present a physical copy, along with a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.

If you are registering on behalf of someone other than yourself, please make sure that person's email has been accurately entered above; they will receive a copy of this information.

Please check our website and emails from us prior to the Conference, as the details of this policy may be required to change. If you are traveling from outside of Toronto, check with your airline for additional governmental travel requirements.

Additional Conference Information

A long-standing NAMT tradition is to start Conferences with a representative from each organization giving a 30-Second Success Story from the past year. In the interest of time, we have replaced these at the Fall Conference with 30-Word Success Stories, which will be displayed on screens throughout the Conference.
