Nurse Practitioners in New York State should pay attention to the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act (NPMA), Assembly Bill A.1535 and State Senate Bill S.3056A. As you may already know, last year the governor extended the NPMA through June 2022, which is why we’re gearing up to advocate and lobby for its permanent passage into law.
