Leenders Lounge
The Leenders Lounge is designated for faculty, staff and Professors Emeriti until 3pm daily.  Requests for Ivey-related functions will be considered, but, setup cannot begin prior to 3pm.  If attendance is expected to be between 60 - 75 people, the area outside the lounge will be available for overflow to adhere to fire safety guidelines.

Please Note: Existing furniture should remain in the room as illustrated below.  To avoid damage to the floors, please do not relocate furniture in the room.

BMO Auditorium Information Requirements
Please Note: For events held in the BMO Auditorium, one person must be designated to ensure no food or drink enters the auditorium and, if this event leads to extra maintenance, cleaning or repairs, you will be held responsible for the service charges. Maximum capacity for the BMO Auditorium is 660 people. If the curtain is closed, capacity is 200.






Maintenance charges will apply if your event takes place on a Saturday or Sunday.  An Operations caretaker is required to be on duty for the duration of your event.  Including one hour before the event and one hour after the event to ensure the space you reserved is cleaned and room set up is completed .

Caretaking fees are approximately $ 50.00 per hour. If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday, please enter your department billing code number below:

Great Hall Catering
Please go to Great Hall Catering to place your order for this event and review Food and Drink policies.

Maintenance charges will apply if your event takes place on a Saturday or Sunday.
