TNOYS' Statewide Collaborative on Youth Homelessness (SCYH) is Texas' only statewide committee focused on addressing homelessness among youth and young adults (YYA). Each quarter, the SCYH brings together state agency leaders, youth-serving providers, and other key stakeholders to share critical updates, discuss challenges, and collaborate on solutions to YYA homelessness.

Raise Your Voice In a SCYH Workgroup

TNOYS’ SCYH leads two specialized workgroups: The policy workgroup focuses on legislative issues and policies related to youth and young adult (YYA) homelessness, and a practice workgroup discusses training, technical assistance, program implementation, youth-action boards, and other best practices for serving YYA and embedding their voices. 

After registering for the SCYH, you will have the option to sign up for one or both of the committee meetings.
