Order Form: IAF Award Supplies

Introduction

This form is for international orders of IAF Award Supplies for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (i.e. badges and certificates listed in our current Product Sheet).

All orders are processed by the Australian NAO. The minimum total quantity for all orders is 40 items. This can be any combination of the items available (e.g. 20 badges + 20 certificates).

Please place your orders well in advance of any ceremonies to give your deliveries the best chance of arriving on time. We recommend you check the Australia Post website for information on international delivery disruptions and service updates.

Orders will be processed once a week on Tuesdays, Australian Eastern time. If you require an urgent order (outside of this schedule), please indicate this at the appropriate question in this form. Any urgent orders will incur an additional postage and handling fee.

All costs (including postage and handling) will be provided and charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD). To estimate the exchange rate, the Australian NAO recommends using the Westpac currency converter.
To avoid experiencing postage delays over the coming December/January period, please complete and pay for your order by 14th December 2023. The Australian NAO office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, re-opening on 2nd January 2024.
