After a series of interviews you have landed the job of your dreams—aka, LEVEL TWO. In about a year, you will endeavor to advance to LEVEL THREE, a promotion. To get there, you will spend the next 12 months trying to maintain work/life balance, overcoming challenging tasks, and attempting to make it past the final boss: the annual performance review. What do you do? This gamified community-building workshop will provide Mentees with the opportunity to access the advice of career savvy NBCU Mentors for the Day to develop their very own ready-player experience depicting each stage of working life—from the application to the exit interview.
