Designed exclusively for incoming first year students with diabetes and their parents, this one-hour special event will get you ready for the big transition to college in the fall. We’ll cover everything you need to know, including a “moving out” timeline, how to pack and store supplies, how to talk to roommates, and even tricky topics like alcohol. This is also your chance to hear from CDN Chapter members, CDN staff, and current parents so you can build a connection with CDN and feel confident before move-in day arrives. *This must-attend event will be recorded.

CDN's Off to College program is Sponsored by Dexcom, Lilly, Novo Nordisk and Viatris
