Soho Mentorship has a mission to make the creative industries more inclusive. We do so by training creative industry professional to be inclusive leaders and by matching them with a young person from a lower socioeconomic background to mentor. 

Being a mentor on our programmes requires you to;

1) Attend two training sessions (two hours long)

2) Meet with your mentee for an hour on a fortnightly basis 

3) Commit to the above for the duration of the 16 week programme
