Each partner organization is eligible for up to $1500 USD per calendar year. Please note that microgrants are available only to partners who have completed the Aspire self-assessment survey.

Within 3 business days after hitting submit below, you will receive an email either from Yael Shapira to confirm receipt of your application and to set up a brief interview. 

** Please keep a record of your application information, in particularly take note of the indicators of success that you listed, since you will be asked to reflect on them in the Reimbursement and Feedback form, following your experience. 

Terms and Conditions

For the avoidance of doubt, OLAM makes no warranty, express or implied, and accepts no responsibility regarding the content, nature and/or quality of the opportunity provided to you by way of this OLAM in Motion subsidy. In addition, OLAM will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance upon services or any other opportunity received via this subsidy. For the sake of clarification, OLAM will not be responsible for the compliance with any undertakings or representations made to you by a person or organization connected to this opportunity. In no event shall the issuing and acceptance of this Aspire microgrant, or the making of any payment anticipated by the microgrant agreement, be construed as rendering OLAM as a partner of the microgrant Recipient generally or in the initiative for which the Aspire microgrant is being provided. 

 

By submitting this Aspire microgrant application, you agree that funds received from OLAM will be exclusively used in accordance with the terms stated below. 

 

1.  You will not assign, or otherwise transfer, your rights or delegate any of your obligations under this Aspire microgrant without prior written approval of OLAM. You acknowledge that OLAM has not earmarked this Aspire microgrant to be used by any individual other than you or a proxy for your organization who has been pre-approved by OLAM. 

 

2.  You will obtain our prior written consent before changing aspects of the Opportunity in any material respect. 

 

3.  No aspect of the Opportunity involves an attempt to influence legislation, the outcome of any specific public election, or support of any voter registration drive. 


4. You confirm and guarantee that you do not and will not knowingly provide financial support or other resources to and individual or entity to further unlawful acts, including acts of violence or terrorism.


5. You understand that the receipt of the Aspire microgrant does not imply a commitment on behalf of OLAM to provide reimbursements beyond the terms outlined in the Agreement. 


6. You confirm that all information contained is true and correct. 

 

You hereby voluntarily release and forever discharge OLAM, and its agents, employees, officers, shareholders, members, managers, and directors, from any and all liabilities, claims, debts, demands, suits, actions, causes of action, or rights of action, which I or my heirs, assigns, legal or personal representatives, or estate can, shall, or may ever have, now or in the future, for, by reason of, or based upon any injury, death, illness, disease, or damage to or loss or theft of property arising out of, directly or indirectly, or in any way connected with or related to the Program, whether or not caused by any negligent acts or omissions of OLAM.

 

Entire Agreement 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A FULL ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HAVE SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
