Clone Template Registration Step 2 for each new registration event. The following will need to be done before putting into Production. Please refer to the instructions in your Salesforce Processes App for details.
  1. Customize the form for your event (images, verbiage, etc.) in the section identified with "Insert Customization Here"
  2. Update the field "Form Number" with your newly cloned form number.
  3. Create your Session Campaigns and update the Session picklist and Campaign variables.
  4. Export a new Data Set for the Campus/Program autosuggest dropdown field and assign dataset variable mapping.
  5. Update the "Notifications" options with the completion message for your registrant. The template has an example you can use. And, there are other previous registrations that you can use as a model as well. If you copy another notification, be sure to make sure any Form Field alias values are correct.
  6. Enable the connectors for the cloned form.

Hidden Campus/Program Instructions
Campus/Program is set up as a repeating section to allow up to three Programs to be selected. The Campus/Program field uses AutoSuggest which requires a dataset with three columns. 

Column 1 and Column 2 will be created by exporting a list of the programs you want included with "Program Name for Web" and "Record ID" for the export. Column 3 is a static value of "A" which is used by the Session Count to determine the number of Sessions selected (Length calculation). Please select your campus/program below. To locate, start typing the name of your District or Campus. Choices that match will be displayed. If you don't see your Campus, type "Other" and select that option AND click the "Other-Not Listed Above" box. You can then enter your campus/program information in the field provided. (if you support more than one program, please click "Add another campus or program" below to select additional programs):










Description of Event(s) goes here. Each event listed must have a variable name in the format ~A~, ~B~, etc. If you need more than 26 events, you can use lower case letters (~a~). 



Hidden Fields













The Default Account Error Capture is a holding Account in Salesforce. If no Account is found or created, this Account is assigned in the Event Registration. This ensures the Event Registration process continues even if a Program or valid Account was not found. The correct assignment of the registrant to the correct Account/Program can be done manually.  
Hidden Campaign Fields
The field "Sessions Selected" captures the variable assigned to each Session option selected. The format is "~A~". In the connector, the "Sessions Selected" is checked (contains) for each variable and if present, the Campaign ID entered in the fields below is assigned to the Event Registration record.
