We accept applications from registered organisations. Our lead time for these applications is a minimum of 4 weeks.

We also accept time sensitive applications direct from families – for children with a life limiting condition (12-month prognosis or less) or where there is an imminent loss of function. Our lead time for these applications is 10 working days.
