General Instructions

Thank you for your application to be a volunteer! As a next step, please complete this short assessment.

The assessment is divided into two broad parts. The first part is a simple test to check for your commitment, empathy, and problem-solving ability. You will be presented with certain classroom situations and questions on your role in our classrooms. Please be as honest as possible in your responses since there are no right or wrong answers for this section. The second part of the assessment checks for proficiency in the intervention chosen. The estimated time to complete both parts is 15 to 20 minutes. Kindly note that some questions may have more than one answer, please choose your responses accordingly.

We recommend that you complete the application on a laptop or desktop with a strong internet connection to avoid any technical glitches.

Situational Judgement Test

1. While teaching Students in a group of four, one of the Student constantly interrupts you as well as other Students when they respond. He always answers all your questions, not allowing other Students to have their go. What will your approach towards this be?
