Standard package includes:
• 1 x information exhibition space
• 1 table and 2 chairs with hotel linen
• Plug point
• 1 free exhibitor to man the stand (not attend the conference proceedings)

Please note all exhibitors must bring their own extensions and furniture alternately these can also be hired from the stand builder.
EXHIBITION RATES

Paid Up SAAMA Members: R10 500

Non-members: R12 500

Exhibitors manning the stands (after 1st delegate) see point 6 below: R1 800

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION

1.

Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.

2.

Payment must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand.

3.

Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first.  Note that space is limited.

4.

Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before 26 May 2022, should the cancellation not be done before  26 May 2022, or be a no show at the conference, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee.

5.

All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

6.

Exhibitors are entitled to have one person manning the stand at no charge, further delegates manning the stand will be charged at R1800-00 per delegate.  Should delegates rotate manning the stand names need to be provided to the secretariat.

7.

Delegates registered as exhibitors will not have access to the conference presentation area and will be charged the full conference rate should they wish to attend the conference or parts thereof.
