Thank you for submitting your artwork to the Kensington Area Community Cookbook! Interfaith Philadelphia, the Free Library, and Kensington Storefront are partnering with Kensington-area organizations and neighbors on a COMMUNITY COOKBOOK, to be launched in fall 2022! We have the recipes, but we need the art! All ages and artistic levels are welcome to submit. Visual art can be from any medium and can be of meals/recipes or recipe ingredients. If you’re not sure what to draw check out this folder with recipe examples for some inspiration. Submissions are due by May 6 and will be reviewed and chosen by a panel of local artists and cookbook curators. While submission does not guarantee acceptance, everyone who submits will be entered into a drawing to win a gift basket. Three baskets will be given away, one for children 12 and under; one for youth 13-20; and another for adults 21 and up, so be sure to include the age of each artist in your submissions. Please fill out the form below using the following guidelines:

• Please limit submissions to two per person.
• If multiple people from your household are submitting, one form per household is fine, but please provide the name and contact information for the primary contact.
• Please include the name of the artist or artwork in the name of your file
• Please submit files as jpegs or pdfs
• Those submitting should live, work, volunteer, or worship in the Greater Kensington Area (Kensington, South Kensington, Fishtown, Fairhill, Port Richmond, or Harrowgate)
