This information is requested by the Federal Government for certain types of housing loan applications, in order to monitor compliance with equal credit opportunity, fair housing and home mortgage disclosure laws. You are not required to furnish this information, but are encouraged to do so. It will not affect your eligibility to participate in any of our programs.

If you need to add additional assets, please send the statements directly to CHT.

Debt 

If you need to add addition debt, please add the balance and monthly payment to another account with the same type.  For example, add all credit cards together or all student loans.

Required Documentation
In order to process your application, we need the following information:
  • 3 months of paystubs for all wage earners in the household
  • 3 months of bank statements for all accounts
  • 3 years of taxes
  • Separate Agreement (if applicable)
  • Profit & Loss for the past 12 months for all self-employment income (if applicable)
  • Child Support Agreements (if applicable)
  • Disability or Social Security award letter from the current year (if applicable)
  • Pre-Qualification letter
  • Employment Verification (if applicable)  Download a copy HERE.
We cannot review your application until this information is received. You can upload it here or email it to imercado@communityhometrust.org OR bring it by our office.   If the office is closed, please drop all documents in the mail slot in the door.
