Live Conference: ($295) Registration includes live access to panel discussions, pecha kucha sessions, building workshops, boat tours and field trips to neighboring maritime trade businesses. Additionally members of your organization can join the live zoom sessions for free. You’ll also receive access to 36+ recorded presentations 1-2 weeks after the conference is completed. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, and there will be one hosted dinner.

Virtual Conference: ($50) Registration includes remote access to the live zoom sessions of the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by email, to our registrar verity@nwmaritime.org.

If you are able to notify us of your cancellation within 7 days of the conference (by October 26th), you will be fully refunded minus an admin fee. There will be NO refunds after 10/27/22.

Scholarships

Emerging Leaders Scholarships!

We’ve also received funding to offer (10) $795 Scholarships targeted towards young TWSBA staff that identify as people of color and are interested in DEIJ and/ or Climate related issues. These scholarships are intended to help build a more diverse future leadership for TWSBA and our member organizations. Response deadline is September 9th.

General Scholarships!

We are also in the process of raising the money for at least ten $500 General, Needs-Based Scholarships.

In order to apply for either an Emerging Leader or General Scholarship, please send us 100 words about why you and your organization need the scholarship and what you hope to gain from attending the conference. Please put either Emerging Leader or General Scholarship in the subject line of your e-mail. Send scholarship applications to twsba.info@gmail.com. Response deadline is September 9th. Scholarship checks will be given out at the conference.

To qualify for scholarships, you must be a TWSBA member. Good news: membership is free! Sign up online!

Optional Lodging Details

You are invited to reserve a dorm room in the beautiful Fort Worden State Park for all 4 nights of the conference, Nov 2 through Nov 6, at a special rate of $92.50/night or $370 total (inclusive of all taxes and fees).

The dorms are simple, light airy rooms with a twin bed, a desk and a closet. They are all on the ground floor, ADA accessible, with 2 community bathroom blocks.

Our reservation blocks are for all 4 nights of the conference - we cannot accommodate you for only two or three nights. If you wish to book a subset of these nights or nights prior to or after these dates, please contact Fort Worden State Park.

Swan Rooms, located just across the street from the NWMC Campus, are blocked for TWSBA attendees, please take a look here for accomodations. If you are interested in booking, guests will need to call the Swan directly (at 360-385-1718) to reserve the blocked rooms.
