We are pleased to announce that the SARA 2022 Conference and Reward Awards will be physical with an option to attend virtually from 3 - 5 November 2022. 

As in in previous years, the conference will span two (2) days with morning and afternoon sessions ranging between 30 and 50 mins. 

We’d like to encourage proposals that would:

• Benefit the reward community by sharing organisational challenges and successes;
• Promote the interests and wellbeing of your employees and/or society;
• Encourage total reward and HR thought leadership;
• Explore how one can cope and thrive under extraordinary conditions;
• Enable positivity and sustained performance for continued progress; and/or
• Present case studies that discuss challenges faced by reward professionals, and associated effective solutions and alternatives.

Deadline date for submissions is 12 May 2022, and you will be notified on whether your proposal has been successful by 30 June 2022.
