Adding your name to the Host Committee demonstrates your leadership, supports for our honorees, and amplifies OHNY’s mission. It also offers prominent recognition over the months ahead and during the Open City Benefit.

Host Committee benefits include: 

  • Individual recognition
  • Invitation to Open City Cocktails in May 
  • Verbal and visual acknowledgment during event

Leadership Levels: 

  • Co-Chair: I agree to solicit or contribute $25,000.
  • Vice Chair: I agree to solicit or contribute $15,000.
  • Host Committee: I agree to solicit or contribute $10,000.

Each Item below corresponds with a description below each item in the item descriptions section where the item can be described. 

The donation option can be used for any form as a way to donate without making a purchase. 

Any item listed below should have a corresponding product created in Salesforce by going to "products" in the main waffle menu and creating a new product and associating it with a default price value in Salesforce.  Reference the OHNY Salesforce Products Cheat Sheet or the following SF reference:

Co-Chair (multi-ticket package)
This is space for your third multi-ticket package item. Multi-ticket packages bundle multiple tickets for a single price.


Indicate the total price for the package, not individual ticket amounts.

Add the SF ID for the Product you created in Salesforce. This is the 18 digit ID in the Salesforce URL for the product in question. Reference the OHNY Salesforce Products Cheat Sheet for additional information.
Vice Chair (multi-ticket package)
This is space for your second multi-ticket package item. Multi-ticket packages bundle multiple tickets for a single price.


Indicate the total price for the package, not individual ticket amounts.
