A component of the Instructional Leadership Intensive application is a recommendation from your immediate supervisor. When you complete this form, the electronic recommendation form will be automatically sent to your supervisor via email. We recommend you complete this form as soon as you know that you plan to apply to provide your supervisor ample time to submit the recommendation. Please provide your supervisor’s contact information below and notify them that they will receive a recommendation form in their inbox. Supervisor recommendations must be submitted by Tuesday, June 21st.
