BLI seeks to connect, inspire, and uplift senior-level Black leaders doing important work across the country and across sectors. Through transformative programming, BLI supports Black leaders with the resources, network, content, and community to build upon their social, financial, knowledge, and cultural capital as they step into positions of greater power and influence. Please reserve 30 minutes to an hour to complete this application and note that you will be asked to upload a current resume. You will also be asked to respond to the following statements. There is a word limit of 300 for each question:
- Briefly describe what compels you to work to improve professional, educational and life/well-being outcomes for Black communities.
- Briefly assess how you would stand to benefit from becoming a BLI Fellow.
- Briefly describe what you would contribute to the BLI Fellow community if you became a BLI Fellow.
- Please share a personally meaningful volunteer or service commitment where you have been able to use your expertise to lead efforts to significantly drive resources and support to Black communities.
