I grant the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) permission to use my likeness or my products in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications and social media, without payment or other consideration. I irrevocably authorize the PNA to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for marketing purposes for the Winter Festival and Crafts Fair, in 2022 or in the future. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness or products appear. I understand that the PNA will “tag” me in social media or identify my business whenever the media reasonably allows.
