The Young Adult Leadership Council (YALC) is a paid TNOYS leadership development internship/apprenticeship program for youth and young adults to have a voice in systems change. As YALC members, young people have the opportunity to help guide TNOYS’ work and shape the direction of youth services in Texas.

- Get paid $15 an hour for up to 10 hours a week.
Eligibility:
- Must be a youth or young adult between the ages of 16 to 25.
- Must have lived experiences in our systems, such as: child welfare/foster care, juvenile justice system involvement, homelessness, etc.
- Have an interest and passion for learning about TNOYS systems-related policy, practice, and partnerships work.
- Agree to uphold the TNOYS mission and vision.
