Co-op membership is open to charter LEAs in the District of Columbia. Members share our vision that all students with disabilities are empowered and equipped to lead meaningful and connected lives.

ALL CO-OP ADD-ON SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ONLY. BY COMPLETING THIS FORM YOU ARE REQUESTING SERVICES AND AGREEING TO KEEP YOUR CO-OP MEMBERSHIP UP-TO-DATE.
