This form is NOT an application for rental assistance, and it is NOT a sign-up for a legal services workshop or consultation.

Future programs will be limited to:

Tenants and Landlords/Property Managers in Alameda County, California experiencing housing instability or a risk of homelessness
Low-income individuals or households
Properties located in Alameda County
