Higher Reach JAAS Client Request
Test Environment Upgrade

This request is used by the JAAS clients who wish to request a release upgrade for their Higher Reach environments. This service is included in the subscription price for Higher Reach. The test environment will always be upgraded first. The client will be asked to thoroughly test all business workflows (including integrations) prior to submitting the JAAS Client Upgrade Sign-off to schedule the upgrade for the production environment. The CE Support team will provide you communications and follow up with regard to your request.

To identify the HiR Version, log into the HiR Admin Client (back office) and select the Help > About menu option.

Maintenance Window Scheduling
Please note:  the times represented here are in the Eastern Time Zone.
Please provide three preferred options for scheduling a maintenance window (period of down-time) for the upgrade to the Test Environment.
Please select date options that are 5 to 7 business days from today’s date.  Please allow 2 business days for the upgrade of the test environment to be completed.   (pending amount of integrations involved)
