Hello! ISC ONLINE SCHEDULING IS CURRENTLY PAUSED AND WILL REOPEN ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 29TH.
KIT will be closed for our annual holiday break from 24 December 2025 through 2 January 2026, reopening on 5 January 2026. The Support Center will not be available during this time. The last day for calls in 2025 is 17 December to ensure all call reports are completed before the holiday closure.
As of 7 November, all call slots are full through the end of 2025. If you have an urgent need, please email
supportcenter@kit.org to request a call. We will do our best to connect you with a KIT Specialist who can offer support. Urgent needs include:
- Persistent unsafe behavior (at risk for immediate harm to self/others; high frequency, duration and intensity)
- Suicidal ideation (talking about harming self)
- Cautionary or problematic sexual behavior
- Determining whether accommodations are reasonable
- Cases that involve suspension, pause in care, or requests to deny care
We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to access other KIT resources for support. KIT Academy is available 24/7 at elearning.kit.org. Search for a course or tipsheet (in the Resources section) for a topic related to your concern. Consider referring to previous call or site visit reports for strategy ideas, as well. To be added to the wait list for a non-urgent call should a slot open up, email supportcenter@kit.org with your request.
