Higher Reach JAAS Client Upgrade Testing Agreement

This request is used by the JAAS clients who wish to request an upgrade for their Higher Reach production environment. This service is included in the subscription price for Higher Reach. The client will complete this request for service upon the completion of full testing of their Higher Reach test environment. The CE Support team will provide you communications and follow up with regard to your request.

Higher Reach Version
To identify the HiR Version, log into the HiR Admin Client (back office) and select the Help > About menu option.


Maintenance Window Scheduling
Please note:  the times represented here are in the Eastern Time Zone.
Please provide three preferred options for scheduling a maintenance window (period of down-time) for the upgrade to the Test Environment.
Please select date options that are 5 to 7 business days from today’s date.  Please allow 2 business days for the upgrade of the test environment to be completed.   (pending amount of integrations involved)
