PURPOSE SPECIFICATION

• SBF requires your personal information, as to be included below, to evaluate your eligibility and determine whether you meet the minimum criteria for funding.


LAWFUL PROCESSING


• SBF will process your information only for the purpose specified above.


SECURITY OF INFORMATION


• Your information is secured and treated as confidential SBF has measures in place to prevent loss, damage and unlawful access to your information.


RETURN, UPDATE OR DELETION OF INFORMATION


• SBF will store your information for a period of 1 year from the date of application. Thereafter, your information will be deleted. At the end of the recruitment process, you have the right to request SBF to update, return or delete your information.


PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT


• You hereby give consent for photographs and/or video material to be taken of your child as part of the normal application process, and for this to be used in limited marketing materials (incl. social media) during the course of the recruitment campaign. These materials will be destroyed upon request at the end of the campaign and no personally identifiable information will be shared in line with our Child Protection Policy.


RECOURSE TO FEEDBACK


• SBF will not enter into discussion relating to unsuccessful applications and will not be able to provide feedback on individual applications or learner performance.
