But it can be difficult while leveraging individual strengths, talent and expertise, the team must identify key roles and responsibilities for the individuals, so the efforts result in a consistent, complete, and compelling proposal. Team-related Elements within a Proposal

Beyond managing and inspiring a team, a strong project leader will oversee how the team’s strengths are presented in the collaborative proposal itself. The team members have the responsibility to contribute information in a timely manner and in accordance with the RFP and instructions. This program will discuss how to convey teaming throughout the proposal, including a primer on Team Science, examples of organizational tools, and resources for drafting management plans and other supplemental documents to demonstrate teaming.
