Registering more than one person from your organization? Using this form, you may register up to 10 people at once. (If you need to register more than 10 people you can come back for another round; 10 is a technical limitation on our end.) We define an industry member as anyone currently working professionally in the theatre who can aid in the development of the shows or the careers of the writers we present.

This year's Fall Conference will be hybrid, in-person and online. The Festival of New Musicals will be in-person only.

NAMT Members in good standing may register for the
Fall Conference in person or online and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person. You may combine in person and online attendees on a single form.

Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Fall Conference as well as the Festival of New Musicals. You may register for the Fall Conference and/or the Festival of New Musicalsin person or online. You may combine in person and online attendees (including one for the Conference and one for the Festival!) on a single form.

If your organization is a sponsor of the Fall Events, you will see questions related to your sponsorship as you register.

If you are not an employee of one of the organizations above (e.g. you're a TCG member, but not on their staff), please select "No" from the drop-down list and continue.     

NAMT Associate Members
NAMT Associate Members in good standing may use this form to register themselves for the Fall Conference in person or online, and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person.

(If you would like to register additional colleagues for the Festival, please submit this form for yourself, then return and register them as non-members as needed. Non-members may attend the Conference by invitation only.)

NAMT Player Program Donors may register for the Fall Conference in person or online and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person. We will be in touch about other Players events during the week.

Non-Members

We ask that industry professionals who are not members of NAMT provide your affiliation with another professional organization/group/network, such as TCG, The Broadway League, LORT, ART/NY, etc. We define an industry member as anyone currently working professionally in the theatre who can aid in the development of the shows or the careers of the writers we present. Please select the applicable professional organization(s) below. (If you don't belong to any of these service organizations but believe you qualify to attend, please email info@namt.org and we'll be happy to help!)


PRESS should not register using this form. If you are a member of the press and are interested in attending and writing about the Festival, please contact Richard Hillman.

Non-Industry may make a donation of $250 or more to receive a special Pass to attend the Festival with VIP benefits. Please continue registration below to do so.


Alternatively, standby lines for those unable to register start 20 minutes prior to each reading. Standby seating is limited and is not guaranteed. Do not register if you wish to do standby! Just arrive at New World Stages 20 minutes prior to the reading(s) you wish to attend.

NAMT Festival Alumni
NAMT Festival Alumni are writers who have had a show in a past Festival of New Musicals. We are happy to invite our Festival Alumni to the Festival, either in person or online, separate from our other industry requirements for non-Members.

Festival Alumni receive General passes to the Festival by default. You will see options to donate to help support the Festival and receive an upgraded pass if you like.

NAMT member organizations receive a limited number of complimentary Premiere Passes, which provide priority seating, admission to the Festival closing party and Midday Cabarets; as well as Select Passes, which provide all of the above except admission to the closing party.

Associate Member Festival Passes
NAMT Associate members receive one Select Pass, which provides guaranteed in person admission to the Festival of New Musicals, Meet the Writers and networking at New World Stages and additional programming to be announced.

You may upgrade to a Premiere Pass for access to the Festival Closing Party with a donation during registration (see below).

Associate member benefits are not transferable; only you may use your Festival pass. If you are registering a colleague, please submit your form first, then start over and register them as a non-member.

Some content may be available online, but we are not able to offer an online registration option this year.

Your Associate Membership benefits include one Select Pass to the Festival of New Musicals. This pass includes full access to in-person events at New World Stages but not the Festival Closing Party. As our thanks for a tax-deductible donation of $100 your pass will be upgraded to a Premiere Pass, which includes the Festival Closing Party.
Student Member Festival Passes
NAMT Student members receive one Access Pass to the Festival.

Student member benefits are not transferable; only you may use your Festival pass.

Because it only takes place once, unlike the rest of the Festival presentations, capacity for the Songwriters Showcase is limited and priority for entrance is given to attendees who selected it on their registrations. We have reached capacity so your registration will put you on standby, however in the past we have rarely had to turn people away, as attendees' plans change. Please be sure to select the Songwriters Showcase if you would like to attend, and we will do our very best to get you in!
