Unable To Accept Your Request

We’re sorry that we are not able to accept referral requests for services other than outpatient mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call your local Emergency Services Provider by calling 877-382-1609. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If you are seeking inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient or residential care, please contact your insurance provider, PCP, or your emergency services provider.
