Photo & Video Release Acknowledgement

By this registration, I will authorize the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI) to take video and photographs of me. I grant a perpetual license to use, copy and distribute these images or prepare derivative works for all AABLI uses, including, but not limited to: magazines, newsletters, webpages, advertisements, brochures, and recruitment materials. Any copyrights arising from the uses mentioned above shall remain the property of AABLI. I understand that AABLI may edit, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute images and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I waive all rights I may have for any claims for payment in connection with any use of said images. My completed application indicates my approval of these usages and that I am 18 years of age or older.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
