Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to submit a nomination for the Visionary Awards 2022.

Visionary members and partners are amazing and we never hesitate to shout about it, which is why we love to recognise the wonderful work which takes place with our Annual Awards.

As ever, the Visionary Annual Awards aim to celebrate the impactful services delivered across the Visionary network and the positive difference you make to the lives of blind and partially sighted people.

The awards highlight the achievements of local charities, shares good practice, and shines a spotlight on the talent, expertise and impact of the local sight loss sector.

We also recognise our wonderful partners with the National Partner award, an opportunity to recognise national organisations who have demonstrated a commitment to making a difference to blind and partially sighted people locally.

The awards are open to Visionary members and some are open to our national partners. You can nominate your own organisation or another that you believe deserves recognition no later than 5pm on Wednesday 24 August 2022.

Award winners are selected by a Visionary member and partner vote and will be announced at the Visionary Annual Awards Dinner on Wednesday 28 September 2022.

With thanks to our award sponsors, Vision Foundation, Meet up Call, Guide Dogs UK and Specsavers, we are delighted to announce that the winning organisations will each receive £500 prize, a trophy and branded electronic PR resources. Full details on the award categories are available on the Visionary website:  Visionary Annual Conference 2022

We will be sharing all news and updates through our regular mailings, across our social media and on our dedicated conference hub on the Visionary website.

And please don't be shy!

Many previous award nominees (and winners) put themselves forward for consideration for an award. They were all very justifiably proud of what they had achieved and the Visionary Awards are an opportunity for you to showcase and share your work.

The closing date for nominations is Wednesday 24 August 2022
