Event Payment Structure Setup Comment - Hidden field
This form allows for both tiered payment structure and single price payment.

To use the tiered section make sure to have the following settings in the Salesforce event:
Show Add Fields: Yes, Reg Form Add Fields ID filled, Reg. Fee blank

To use the single amount section make sure to have the following settings in the Salesforce event:
Show Add Fields: No, Reg Form Add Fields ID: filled with correct number, all 6 tiered fee fields blank, Reg. Fee: the amount needed to be charged.

The form supports 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 tiers. If 3 is blank it will show 2. If 4 is filled in it will show 4. Otherwise, if show fields is Yes it will show 3.
