Complete Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County's Homeownership Application and click Submit. Please allow at least one hour to fill out the application and be as thorough as possible. 

This is an application for a Resale unit selected below.

These units will be selected on a first-come-first-serve basis.

You will be required to upload supporting financial documents, including the following:

  • copies of completed and signed tax returns with W-2s and/or 1099s 
  • pay stubs 
  • bank statements
There is a nonrefundable credit report fee that you will be required to pay. You will pay this through a separate form linked from the confirmation email sent when you submit this application. The link is also on the last page of the application.
  • Single applicant: $40
  • Single and co-applicant:$60
You can save and resume your application at any time, however you cannot make additional edits once it has been submitted. After submitting your application, Habitat SKC staff will review your application and contact you for the next steps. Click "Next Page" to begin the application.

Upon being accepted into the program you will be asked to pay $1000 which will be credited towards your closing costs.

*Note that completing this application does not guarantee you will be approved for a home.

Financial Assessment Documents
All of these documents are required, unless otherwise noted. You have the option to upload them to this application, fax them to 206-855-5527, or mail them into our office. Uploaded pictures of the required paperwork will not be accepted, all documents must be uploaded in PDF form. If you are missing documents, you will be notified and given a final due date. Any incomplete applications will result in a withdrawal from the homeownership program.
