Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! RIF was a proud partner with your school this year to provide reading resources. We would like to learn more from you about your participation in the program. Your feedback on this survey will help us learn about your family’s experience with the program and inform future supports to help children and families benefitting from our reading resources.  This survey is voluntary, and your responses will be anonymous. We will never connect this information to your child, your family, or you individually.

The questions on this survey relate to your opinion on the Reading is Fundamental program that your child recently participated in.
