The CAFP Engagement Interest Form will ask you your interest in four key areas:

As a Key Contact for Legislative Action
Involvement in a CAFP Committee
Teaching a course at a CAFP live or virtual event
Being a CAFP Media Spokesperson

You will be asked to include biographic information, including: uploading a recent CV, a recent headshot, and a brief bio.

You will then be asked to provide your practice experience and areas of expertise.

Please complete this form and press "Send" when you're done. Your submission will be sent to CAFP staff and forwarded appropriately for processing.
