EX/J1 Upgrade Review for Customs
This form should be used for clients who have one or more customs and who wish to request that Jenzabar do an upgrade review of those customs prior to the upgrade. (Customs upgrade reviews are only available for customs with a current maintenance contract.) We ask that you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your planned upgrade date. The PD Services team will follow-up on your request with either confirmation that your customs are compatible or to provide updated installers.

Please Note: Clients will need to submit a support ticket through the portal to schedule an upgrade with Managed Services if a request has not already been submitted.
