The Hunger Free Mountain Empire initiative was launched in 2021 to improve food services in the region. The nonprofit organizations and community clinics involved in this effort include San Diego Hunger Coalition, San Ysidro Health, Mountain Empire Unified School District, Southern Indian Health Council, San Diego Food Bank, Feeding San Diego, and other Mountain Empire Collaborative partners.
In partnership with the Mountain Empire Collaborative, this survey is being conducted to better understand food needs and availability in the Mountain Empire region to better plan food services.
As a resident of the Mountain Empire region, you know best what your community needs so we truly appreciate your time in completing this survey. Your participation is voluntary, your responses will be kept 100% anonymous and confidential and we will never share or sell your personal information. It will take about 10 minutes to complete this survey.
