Instructor - IT Leadership Development:
Volunteers will use the TechBridge curriculum to lead a session on a predetermined subject within learning domain, including outlined activating and group discussions.
Speaker (Main):
Volunteers are chosen on a specified Monday evening based on career experience and familiarity with the core PD topic. It is optional for volunteers to attend the second half of the session.
Mock Interviewer:
Volunteers will conduct interviews via Zoom using TechBridge-provided questions in addition to their own. Provide written and oral feedback on what was done well and what could be improved to TechBridge post-interview.
Speaker (Mini):
(Tues-Thurs) Volunteers are chosen for a specified Monday evening based on career experience, familiarity with the core learning domain competencies, and availability. Volunteers may attend the second half of the session if available
Technology Leadership Tips - Pre-recorded Video:
Volunteers are asked to record and submit a video on a competency within the TCP learning domains. The subject of each video will range from Using CompTIA as an Engineer to Daily Problem Solving for a Software Developer. Recordings are utilized as future on-demand content for our Learning Domain library.
