Before you fill out the application, here are a few things to know:

  • If you need help with rent or utility bills, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for us to review your application.
  • After we review your application, we'll email you if we need more documents.
  • Once we have everything, we'll send you a link to set up a meeting with a case manager.
  • Right now, you may have to wait up to 60 days to speak with a case manager.
  • Please note: financial assistance is not guaranteed.
  • We offer more than just help with rent or utility bills. If you want help finding a new job or learning how to better manage your budget, please complete an application and select the educational services you want to participate in.

Due to high demand, all appointments and applications for rent, mortgage, and utility assistance are currently full. We expect to reopen applications on January 2, 2026. If you need help:

APPLICATION FOR SERVICES

Metrocrest Services provides short-term emergency assistance to improve life situations of residents.


To start the process of receiving services, please fill out the following pre-screening application to help match you with the program(s) that will best fit your need. Assistance and referrals are subject to program eligibility and availability. The entire form should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
