Alumni Network Benefits Tier Comparison Chart: Tiers 1 and 2 benefits include: bi-monthly restorative community circles. Business/Consultancy promotion, group coaching and peer practice groups, membership directory, peer coaching training, resource library, SEEDS skills toolkit, visibility (recognition on SEEDS website). Tier 2 benefits also include high-visibility and individual coaching. Business/consultancy promotion means being listed on the SEEDS Community Resource Directory. High-visibility means option to have name and logo listed on SEEDS website, email, newsletter, and recognition on social media.
Selecting a Membership Tier in Support of SEEDS Core Value of Access : SEEDS designs our services to reduce barriers to participation. To honor this core value of access, we encourage members to consider the following impacts of systemic advantages and disadvantages when registering. Thank you for joining at the highest tier possible.   Considerations: Educational earning power (advanced graduate degree); salary/annual income that far exceeds necessities and makes wealth accumulation possible; investments and savings (emergency "rainy day" savings, investments, retirement funds); access to generational familial wealth (inheritance, trust funds, property, education paid for by family); lack of debt (student loans, personal credit card debt, personal loans, car loans, medical debt); property ownership (car, boat, home, vacation home, landlord, etc; excess funds for entertainment (restaurants, travel, shopping for personal expenses; financially responsible for only yourself without dependents, or others reliant on your income; access to employer health insurance/benefits, or to pay for healthcare on the private market; access to paid time off (PTO), sick time, vacation time  Experiencing financial hardship/barrier to access? SEEDS Alumni Network Membership Pricing Options Comparison Chart: SEEDS offers two membership tiers. Tier 1 (founding membership) has three options. Option A: $179, Option B: $279, Option C: $399. Tier 2 (founding sustaining membership) has three options. Option A: $579, Option B: $879, Option C: $1,119. The value of a SEEDS annual membership is $1,199. Any funds offered above that amount will be considered tax deductible. For example, if you choose to pay $2,000 for a membership, $801 of the purchase will be tax deductible.  If you use professional development funds from an employer payment is offered at the following levels. Companies with annual operating budgets of $10 million and above pay $2,500. Companies with annual operating budgets of $3 million and above pay $1,199. Companies with annual operating budgets of $1.5 up to $3 million pay $879.
