Essential Job Functions
RMYC work is physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. Service may include cleaning bathrooms, building trail, educating members of the public, and more. Physical demands of the job can include swinging tools, heavy lifting, working in extreme weather conditions, and hiking with a backpack carrying personal gear/crew gear/tools for extended periods of time (typically 8-10 hours a day). Interns live and work with others in tight quarters and are expected to act professionally at all times.
