PROOF OF IDENTITY VERIFICATION

A requirement of the Australian Tax Office is to ensure that all clients Proof Of Identity is verified. This has become increasingly important due to new and sophisticated equipment criminals are now using in an attempt to steal taxpayers identities. If they succeed, this can lead to devastating financial consequences for you and /or your business.

Therefore the following will need to be completed, prior to us finalising your setup with Twelve Chartered Accountants.
